📸 Photo Guidelines
The quality of your finished decoration is directly dependent on the quality of the photo you provide. Please take a moment to review the guidelines below before submitting your image.
✅ What makes a great photo:
- Clear and in focus — your pet should be sharp, not blurry
- Well lit — bright enough to clearly see your pet's features
- High resolution — the higher quality the image, the better the result
- Your pet is the main subject of the photo
❌ Please avoid:
- Screenshots from a phone, tablet, or social media — these are low resolution and will affect the final quality
- Dark, shadowy, or poorly lit images
- Blurry or out-of-focus photos
- Heavily filtered images
⚠️ Please note: We will do our very best with every image provided, however we cannot be held responsible for poor results caused by low-quality photographs. If you are unsure whether your photo is suitable, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
