Choosing Your Photo

For the best results, please send the highest-quality version of your photograph available.

Classic: Any orientation is suitable. Clear, well-lit photographs will produce the best result.

Signature & Bespoke: Ideally, your pet should be clearly visible, centred and facing forward or at a slight angle. Heavily cropped, blurred, very dark or partially obscured photographs may not be suitable for some designs.

If we feel your photograph isn't suitable for your chosen design, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Photos can be emailed to us after ordering. Our email address will be included in your order confirmation.

Your Design Proof

A digital proof will be sent to you for approval before your memorial is produced.

Please check all names, dates, wording, spelling and photograph placement carefully. Once your proof has been approved, production will begin and we cannot accept responsibility for errors that were visible on the approved design.

Natural Slate & Colour

As slate is a natural material, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour, thickness, texture, surface markings and edges. These natural characteristics are not considered faults and are part of the beauty of genuine slate.

Colours may also vary slightly between your screen, digital proof and finished slate due to screen settings, printing and the natural slate surface.

The quality of the finished image is dependent upon the photograph supplied. While we will prepare your image with care, we cannot recreate detail that isn't present in the original photograph.

Please Note

Some decorative backgrounds and design elements used within our Signature and Bespoke collections have been created with the assistance of AI and are used as part of our finished designs. Your own photograph always remains the personal focal point of your memorial.

As each memorial is individually created to your specifications, personalised products cannot normally be returned or exchanged simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty, damaged or not as ordered.
